English: advanced;
Degree in IT.
Responsibilities:
Communications and Problem Management;
Handle outage notifications as required;
Resolve issues raised via PMTS (Problem Management Ticket System) or email in a timely manner;
Escalate problems to Level 3;
Work with Projects for operational requirements.
Skill Requirements:
Technical aptitude & troubleshooting skills;
Customer service focus;
Communication & coordination skills;
Work independently as well as with the team;
Attention to details.
