SYSTEM ANALYST - BATCH (UC4)
English (Advanced to fluent);
Technical background in system analysis (no need to be graduated, however need technical background, like a CEFET technician).
Customer Support;
Handling requests (emails, phone calls, tickets);
Answering phone calls;
Production Support;
Monitoring supported systems;
Monitoring automated tasks scheduled by UC4;
Respond/Resolve to notifications/errors;
Critical failures - resolve within 10 minutes;
Non-critical failures - resolve within 1 hour;
Analyzing and running weekly reports;
Analyzing recurring failures - recommending resolution;
On-call during off-hours (~1 week bimonthly);
Change Management;
Handling work orders / changes using best knowledge;
Attending weekly change management meetings.
Technical skills:
Windows knowledge, directory listing, file copy/move/delete;
Unix knowledge;
Experience with Unix and other languages (like C);
Mailbox monitoring and On demand request timely response;
Support Autosys analysts in various operational activities;
Customer oriented.
